Mr. Masser was appointed to City Council in 1986.  He was past Council President in the years 1992, 1993 and 2007.

He is President of Masser Metals & Recycling Inc.

Mr. Masser is a Bexley High School, 1966 graduate.  He received his B.A. in Political Science from the Ohio State University, and a B.S. in accounting from Franklin University.

He is a lifelong resident of Bexley where he resides with his wife, Sunny.  They have raised three daughters, Julie, Dana and Jenny.
