Parade Route tweaks for 4th of July Parade

This year, we will be making a minor change to the parade route.  The parade route will go up Euclaire Avenue instead of Pleasant Ridge, and then go west on Main between Euclaire and Dawson, before heading north on Dawson as before.

This change is occurring in order to eliminate a traditional "dead zone" along Pleasant Ridge between Mound and Main, and in order to expose a segment of the route to Main Street since this year we will be closing down Main Street during the parade.  We are closing down Main Street in order to reduce the backups and pauses that occur when the parade stops to let traffic through.  Similarly, we are stopping traffic for a longer period of time at the Broad Street crossing to reduce backups and pauses.
